Parking
Can I get more than one parking space?
You can request to be put on a waitlist for an additional parking spot, however, due to limited availability there are no guarantees. If you are interested in securing additional space, please consult your Leasing Agent for details.
Can I charge my electric vehicle?
We want to be part of reducing environmental impact and are happy to offer four EV ChargePoint stations on-site.
Is there visitor parking?
We want your guests to make themselves at home. As such, we offer 36 visitor parking spots to make sure they spend more time with you and less time looking for a parking space.
Is there underground parking?
Our buildings offer outdoor surface level parking. Please consult your leasing agent for more information.
Living
Do you offer a Resident Portal?
Yes, residents can submit work orders and pay rent through the Resident Portal.
Do you offer furnished suites?
While our suites don't come furnished, we have taken the time and care to ensure the high end finishes add a touch of luxury to your home — to add your personal touch with furnishing that fits your budget and lifestyle.
Is this a concrete building?
Newly built, these buildings are steel framed and have concrete floors overlayed with luxury vinyl wide plank wood-grain flooring.
Can I BBQ on my balcony?
For the safety of our tenants, we don't allow for BBQs on balconies. However, all residents will have access to a beautiful outdoor communal area with pergola, BBQs and outdoor seating.
Is there a washer and dryer in all suites?
Each suite includes in-suite washer/dryers for your convenience — stacked or side-by-side, as per plan.
Is there A/C in all suites?
Air conditioning is included to ensure your comfort and well-being, especially on those hot summer days.
Are utilities included?
Residents are responsible for hydro and water. Heat and air conditioning are included in the price of rent.
Are there any pet restrictions?
We love and welcome pets into our buildings and are located in a neighbourhood with lots of parks and greenery for your four-legged friends to enjoy.
Leasing
Do you work with Realtors?
Yes, we love working with Realtors and offer special incentives to Realtors whose clients rent with us. Connect with our leasing agent for the broker package.
Can I sublet?
No, we do not allow subletting.
Do you offer short-term leases?
Leases require a 1-year minimum commitment.
Amenities
What is the cost of renting a storage locker, and what are the sizes?
Lockers are approximately 3' wide × 6' long × 7' high and can be secured based on availability. Please connect with your leasing agent to discuss pricing and availability.
Is there a concierge or someone on-site 24/7?
Safety and security is our top priority. That's why we've invested in state-of-the-art security systems to ensure that our tenants can enjoy their space without a worry. Security features at Bravo include Salto® Keyless Entry, the 1Valet Smart Building System, and 1Valet Secure Parcel Delivery Room.
What are the amenity spaces?
Each building has one dedicated amenity space that can be enjoyed by all residents: 4838 Bank Street hosts the Bravo Dining Room, 4840 Bank Street hosts the Bravo Fitness Centre, and 4842 Bank Street hosts the Bravo Social Lounge.
